Be very careful when agreeing to works by this company. Not only did they not listen to the instructions leaving the wardrobes a foot short of the ending of the wall, they also didn't turn up when booked in. When questioned about the shortage Kevin informed me ‘he can’t be expected to remember what we agreed on’ . Literally one request, finish at the end of the wall. They also left me hanging for a day with no explanation or apology as to why they hadn’t turned up having taken a day off work. When questioned on these matters, Kevin became highly aggressive, calling me names and threatening to remove the wardrobes altogether. His conduct was highly unprofessional and abusive and I can’t help thinking would not have been the case had I not been a woman alone. Left with an unfinished wall which I now have to repair at cost and time to myself as well as feeling ’unsafe’ and threatened in my own home. Make sure you have everything in writing and double check everything and do not let them into your home without someone else there.
